The student season ticket is for young people in full or part time education.  At £175 for each of the autumn, winter and summer terms this represents a saving of 21% on the equivalent adult quarterly season ticket, or £2.40 a return (based on use of 5 days per week). 

Summer term student season tickets are now available to purchase at the ticket office.  Already got a student season ticket?  You can renew now for the Summer Term online (scroll down to the ‘Renew Your Season Ticket here’ green button), or at the ticket office.

 Conditions:

·     You must be aged 17 years or younger as of 31 August 2023.

·       You must be in full or part time education.

·       To purchase the season ticket you need to bring with you your college ID as proof, plus two passport style photographs.  If you are in year 11 and do not have a college ID, the following forms of proof of age are acceptable:  copy of your birth certificate or passport.  Alternatively a bus pass photo ID, or school photo ID.

·       Each purchased season ticket is valid only for one school/ college term (as defined by Hampshire County Council Term Dates.  A new season ticket must be purchased for each subsequent term:

–   Autumn Term – 1 September to 15 December 2023

–   Winter Term – 2 January to 28 March 2024

–   Summer Term – 15 April to 23 July 2024.

·       Your first season ticket must be purchased at our ticket office in order for us to verify your college ID and produce the photo ID card to accompany the season ticket.

·       Subsequent season ticket renewals can be purchased online.
